Job description
- Order Processing: Accurately handle customer orders and track their status, providing timely updates and delivery information.
- Customer Support: Resolve inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction by offering accurate product and service information.
- Collaboration: Work with the customer service team and other departments to meet targets, expedite orders, and resolve issues.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues for prompt resolution.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders using internal systems.
- Process Improvement: Suggest workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and contribute to maintaining a positive company image.
Profile
- An educational background in life sciences or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in a team-based role.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
