Job description
Unique Office Waregem gaat op zoek naar een Credit Controller (m/v/x) met tewerkstelling in Waregem of Temse.
Onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de Teamleader Credit Control sta je in voor het bewaken van de kredietwaardigheid van de klanten en begeleid je hen doorheen het volledige credit control proces.
Jouw missie bestaat uit:
- Het actief opvolgen van openstaande facturen en initiëren van acties waar nodig.
- Het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor zowel de klanten als interne betrokken diensten.
- Het onderhandelen over betalingsmodaliteiten en openstaande vorderingen, inclusief verdere opvolging.
- Het formuleren van voorstellen voor een plan van aanpak bij klantendossiers en het verwerken van boekhoudkundige documenten.
- Het aanmaken en up-to-date houden van klantenfiches en het controleren van uitgaande facturatie.
Profile
- Je hebt een eerste werkervaring binnen credit control of je hebt sterke interesse om je hierin te verdiepen
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
- Je bent een zelfstandige werker, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief
- Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zet je in voor kwaliteit
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
