Job description
En tant que Collecteur(trice) de Crédit, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Gérer les comptes clients, y compris la collecte de crédits et le suivi des paiements en retard ;
- Communiquer efficacement avec les clients pour résoudre les problèmes de crédit et de paiement ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de services financiers pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise ;
- Maintenir un niveau élevé de professionnalisme et d'éthique de travail ;
- Respecter les réglementations et les politiques de l'entreprise en matière de services financiers ;
- Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les performances de collecte de crédit.
Profile
En tant que Collecteur(trice) de Crédit, vous avez le profil suivant :
- Expérience dans le secteur des services financiers et une connaissance approfondie des processus de collecte de crédit ;
- Excellente compétence linguistique en français et néerlandais;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe ;
- Compréhension des lois et réglementations financières ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
