Azure Engineer
Job description
New Project Infrastructure and Pipeline Development
Lead in infrastructure and pipeline development for new projects, ensuring alignment with security and organizational standards.
- Review hybrid diagrams and make sure they are aligned towards our standard and direction
- Create pipeline in github with terraform to create the required infrastructure
- Create documentation on the project infrastructure setup
Cybersecurity Enhancement
Collaborate with cybersecurity and development teams to mitigate security issues in legacy systems :
- prioritise findings with Cyber Security to make a realistic action plan
- Work with application teams to solve the identified security risk
- Follow-up on resolution and report back to Cyber Security
Terraform module development
Continue the development of robust, efficient, and scalable Terraform modules:
- Developing/improving terraform modules for Azure services
- Documentation on module usage and examples
- Validation of module compliance with Security guideline

The candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies
- Azure Expertise: Deep knowledge of Azure services like VM, AKS, Blob storage, SQL Database, Functions, etc. Experience with Azure security best practices is also
essential.
- Terraform: Strong proficiency in writing, testing, and maintaining Terraform code. Should be able to build modular and reusable Terraform configurations.
- DevOps and CI/CD: Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines, preferably with experience in GitHub or similar tools.
- Team Collaboration: Experience with collaborative tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Scripting skills in languages like Python, kubectl and Bash

- work in a large and complex environment
- align setup with multiple stackeholders (e.g. Security, Application team, infra team)
- successful documentation of technical implementations
