Job description
As Legal Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:
- General support to the legal team (reviewing contracts, documents, redaction...)
- Creating access to the contract/document signature platforms for all employees
- Update/general use of the legal platforms & giving related trainings to all newcomers
- Review internal legal processes & update manuals
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents
Profile
- You have 2 years experience or more in administration
- You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
- You are autonomous, proactive and detail oriented
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
