Our client, HighCo Data, offers you a unique opportunity to join an innovative company as a Strategic Account Support Coordinator (m/f/x). You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth relations with prospects, directly supporting Key Account Managers and working closely with various internal departments.
Your Mission
As a Strategic Account Support Coordinator, you hold a central and hands-on position in building new business relationships. You actively support Key Account Managers in their commercial efforts while ensuring smooth coordination of internal processes to effectively meet future clients' needs.
Your main responsibilities:
1. Commercial Support & Client Coordination
• Support the sales teams in their day-to-day activities (meeting organization, request follow-up, client communication);
• Handle and qualify incoming prospect requests;
• Draft and send commercial proposals, presentations, and quotes in collaboration with the marketing teams.
2. CRM Management & Data Analysis
• Update and ensure the reliability of the CRM (HubSpot, TeamLeader, etc.);
• Track the progress of prospects, client interactions, and sales performance;
• Create reports to support the department’s strategic decisions.
3. Sales Administration Processing
• Manage customer orders and contracts within set deadlines;
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding;
• Organize and structure all sales-related documentation (contracts, quotes, presentations…).
4. Marketing & Sales Coordination
• Work closely with the marketing department to ensure commercial materials are up to date (brochures, email templates…);
• Participate in marketing initiatives (campaigns, product launches, events);
• Contribute to the organization of trade shows, webinars, and professional events aimed at generating leads.
5. Follow-up & Client Relations
• Be the go-to contact person for key accounts and prospects;
• Ensure consistent follow-up of leads by phone, email, and social media;
• Address concerns with professionalism to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
To thrive in this role, you have:
• Experience in a similar position, ideally in a commercial or marketing environment;
• Initial experience using a CRM tool (such as HubSpot, LeadManagement…);
• Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken);
• A solid understanding of the prospect-to-client conversion process.

• Reliable and versatile: you juggle multiple tasks efficiently and deliver on your commitments with precision;
• Customer- and communication-oriented: you’re approachable and able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
• Structured and organized: you know how to prioritize urgent matters to ensure smooth commercial operations.
