Job description

Are you ready for a dynamic role as a Teamleader? We are looking for a driven Teamleader who can help achieve outstanding results. In this role, you will be responsible for leading two teams within Memo management, consisting of approximately 16 employees.



Your daily responsibilities include:




  • Leading and coaching self-managing teams.

  • Ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Leading team meetings and participating in various forms of consultation.

  • Identifying issues and collaborating with management for solutions.

  • Assisting in the onboarding of new clients.

  • Maintaining client relationships and overseeing invoicing.

Profile

  • Extensive administrative skills.

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

  • Strong communication skills and commercial acumen.

  • Solution-oriented with technical insight.

  • Proficient in using IT systems.

  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential.

  • Knowledge of KPI Management.

  • Availability between Monday and Sunday and willingness to work in shifts.
