Word jij de nieuwe Strategic Account Support Coordinator bij HighCo Data?
Voor onze klant HighCo Data zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Strategic Account Support Coordinator (m/v/x). In deze rol ben je de spil tussen de salesafdeling, marketing en de klant, en draag je actief bij aan het opstarten van duurzame commerciële samenwerkingen.
Jouw rol
Als Strategic Account Support Coordinator ondersteun je de Key Account Managers in hun dagelijkse commerciële activiteiten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve en operationele opvolging en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor potentiële klanten, terwijl je ook een coördinerende rol speelt tussen de interne afdelingen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Commerciële ondersteuning & klantcontact
- Je organiseert afspraken en zorgt voor de opvolging van klantvragen.
- Je helpt bij het opstellen van offertes, presentaties en commerciële voorstellen.
- Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie en opvolging van leads.
- CRM-beheer & rapportering
- Je houdt het CRM-systeem (HubSpot, TeamLeader…) up-to-date.
- Je analyseert verkoopgegevens en stelt rapporten op voor het salesteam.
- Je bewaakt het overzicht van de klantrelaties.
- Administratieve opvolging van verkoop
- Je behandelt bestellingen en stelt contracten op.
- Je coördineert met andere afdelingen voor een vlotte onboarding van nieuwe klanten.
- Je beheert de documentatie en commerciële tools.
- Samenwerking met marketing
- Je werkt samen met het marketingteam voor de actualisering van commerciële materialen.
- Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van events, productlanceringen en campagnes.
- Je helpt bij leadgeneratie-acties.
- Klantrelaties & communicatie
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen van key accounts en prospecten.
- Je volgt contacten op via telefoon, e-mail en sociale media.
- Je zorgt voor een professionele en klantgerichte aanpak.
Profile
Om in deze functie te slagen, moet je:
- Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke administratieve of commerciële functie.
- Je hebt al gewerkt met CRM-systemen zoals HubSpot of LeadManagement.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je begrijpt hoe een prospect een tevreden klant wordt.
