Organizational Customer Advisor for Corporate Support
Job description
Are you ready to fully utilize your organizational skills in a dynamic environment? Are you seeking an exciting challenge where no day is the same, and where you can realize your passion for customer service? If your answer to these questions is a resounding “YES,” then you are the perfect addition to Memo’s customer-oriented team!
What does this role entail?
- Answering calls for major clients in corporate settings.
- Scheduling appointments at major banks, redirecting calls to social services, and arranging appointments for real estate agencies.
- Booking telephone appointments for a hotel chain and remotely managing hotel entrances.
- Working with Memo’s internal system, as well as the client’s online agenda and other programs used by the client.
- Each call presents a new challenge where skills such as listening, note-taking, data transmission, and following instructions are crucial.
Profile

- Excellent communication skills enable you to assist every client in the best possible way.
- A fluent command of Dutch, French, and English is a must.
- Availability from Monday to Sunday and willingness to work in shifts.
- Sociable, empathetic, and always willing to learn.
- An interest in the medical sector is appreciated.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Stress resistance and result orientation are essential in this role.
- As a team player, you are friendly and attentive, and capable of resolving conflicts and tackling challenges related to appointments and planning.
