Job description

  • You are in charge of the reception (not super active), you are the first point of contact for visitors
  • You make sure that the meeting rooms are setted up before every meetings
  • You assist in handling daily administrative document
  • You are in charge of finding new service provider (suppliers for IT devices, cleaning service etc)
  • You help the HR manager in anything she needs help for
  • You make sure the office is running smoothly

Profile

  • Chinese excellent level, a very good level of French and a good level in English
  • You already have at least one year experience within a similar function
  • You are ready to work for a star up so you are flexible in term of tasks, polyvalent minded
  • You are very organised

Offer

  • From € 3.000 to € 4.000 per month
  • A good gross salary + eco vouchers and hospitalisation insurance (no meal vouchers and no reimboursement of public trabsport)
  • No homeoffice (because at the reception)
  • Working hours: (9am - 5pm)
