1.    Collaborate with Business to identify and implement needed web-solutions to support campaigns and drive sales

2.    Drive sales by improving customer satisfaction and refining the customer journey.
Enhance online conversion rates and overall sales performance, encompassing both offline and online channels. This objective can be achieved by implementing continuous improvements to the customer journey across both the website and the mobile application.

3.    Collaborate closely with Digital Team and Online Team to identify web improvements and lead project implementations
Provide guidance and expertise to Digital Team for continuous improvement projects and support implementation and after care. Act as a key expert to the teams, providing online metrics and info on best practices to ensure informed decision making process for project and improvement initiatives

4.    Guarantee the optimal performance of both the website and the mobile application.
You take the lead in the creation, testing and coordination of all technical elements that touch the website, mobile application and underlying systems in order to guarantee their correct functioning.

5.    Knowledge management 
You are up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the field of online marketing, web development and e-commerce in particular. You share this knowledge with your stakeholders at Dehaize in order to maintain a good level of credibility of the team and with the goal of sharing best practices and latest developments.

Master's degree or equal by experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

Experience in CMS such as Bloomreach, Wordpress, Drupal, Prestashop, Joomla, Magento, Wix, etc.
