Digital Financial Product Specialist
Job description
As a Digital Financial Product Specialist your responsibilities are :
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Define and evolve the functionality of our new digital banking platform.
- Collaborate with specialist functions within the Bank and the Group.
- Enhance the digital customer journey and improve financial products, and services functionalities.
- Define the end-to-end customer journey and designing a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy.
- Provide clients with financial advice and solutions that suit their needs.
- Maintain and update knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Design and implement new products and services for our customer base.
- Manage digital platform functionalities to serve leads and prospect clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Profile
A successful Digital Financial Product Specialist should have:
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient understanding of the Financial Services industry.
- Previous experience with digitization and/or multichannel offerings.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- An experience in Luxembourg or Belgium and willing to relocate to Luxembourg.
- Excellent knowledge of English and French, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages like Italian or Flemish is a plus.
