Our client is located in region Flemish Brabant.
The scope of responsibilities for this job include:
Equipment & Asset Management
- Oversee the management and tracking of small IT equipment and assets.
- Onboard, stage, and prepare laptops and other IT equipment for new hires, ensuring a timely distribution process.
- Maintain and manage the laptop replacement program, including coordinating follow-ups with staff and IT departments.
- Order and manage printer toner and ensure printers remain operational in the office.
Technical Support
- Provide daily technical support to head office staff with a focus on delivering VIP support for executives.
- Act as the primary liaison with the service desk vendor on-site (Tuesdays and Thursdays), ensuring follow-ups on open tasks and coordinating ongoing communication.
- Monitor, analyze, and escalate IT tickets through the ticketing system while delivering troubleshooting and resolution services, as needed.
- Ensure all meeting room technology and equipment are functional and ready for use (e.g., monitors, conferencing tools).
Projects and Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in IT projects such as acquisitions, new office builds, and other relevant initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related needs and resolve issues across the organization.
- Maintain a high standard of support while working well under pressure and managing multiple priorities.

The requested qualifications for this job include:
- You Have a bachelor's degree in IT or similar through experience.
- You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, asset management, and related fields, including managing IT assets, troubleshooting issues and using asset management tools and procedures.
- You are familiar with onboarding processes, staging IT equipment for new hires and providing technical support, particularly in corporate environments and to executives.
- You are experienced with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting practices to resolve issues efficiently
- You are fluent in English both written and verbally. French and/or Dutch is a plus.
