The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning IT strategies with business goals, leading the design and implementation of the organization's IT architecture, and supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution architectures for Microsoft D365 applications, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement (CE), and other related modules.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to design principles and best practices.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations between Microsoft D365 and other enterprise systems using tools such as Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs.
• Customization: Oversee the customization and configuration of D365 applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring minimal disruption to standard functionality.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks within D365 solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, integration diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on D365 solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience:
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally within the pharmaceutical or consulting industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Expertise in Microsoft D365, cloud computing, data management, and cybersecurity.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, integration strategies, and software development.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications:
• Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) is a strong advantage.
