Job description
What if you took the lead on challenging HVAC project sites, ensuring their success at every stage?
On-site, you are the go-to person: you coordinate operations, ensure quality, and make sure everything runs on schedule. With your HVAC expertise, you turn every project into a success.
What you will do daily :
On-site, you are the go-to person: you coordinate operations, ensure quality, and make sure everything runs on schedule. With your HVAC expertise, you turn every project into a success.
What you will do daily :
- supervise technicians and subcontractors on HVAC construction sites
- track deliveries and ensure equipment availability
- conduct quality and safety checks to guarantee compliant installations
- perform administrative tasks related to site management
- motivate your team to meet deadlines and stay on schedule
- maintain smooth and continuous communication with the Project Manager and Engineer
Profile
What you bring :
- a technical A2 diploma
- 6 years of experience as a Site Manager
- excellent technical knowledge in HVAC
- the ability to read and understand technical plans
- proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel)
- strong organizational skills and effective communication
- fluency in French and a good command of Dutch and English
