As a Payroll Officer (m/f/x), you'll play a key role in supporting their greatest asset - their people!

You'll harness your payroll expertise to create a best-in-class employee experience, ensuring smooth operations and flawless execution of key HR processes.

Your tasks will include:

• All-Encompassing Payroll Management: Managing payroll for all employees from A to Z with precision and care.
• Absence & Leave Management: Overseeing absences (illnesses, parental leave, etc.) and ensuring employees are well-supported during life's moments.
• Employee Support: Providing prompt and clear email follow-ups for payroll-related queries.
• Transition Oversight: Coordinating offboarding processes and promotions to ensure seamless transitions.
• Fleet & Mobility Administration: Managing mobility budgets, salary bikes, and fleet options, in line with modern expectations.

Your Skillset for the company in Zaventem:

• We're looking for someone dynamic and detail-oriented, with:
• Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on payroll management experience, ideally with HR Accent tools.
• Payroll Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Belgian payroll legislation
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Dutch and French.
• Technological Agility: Advanced Excel skills, with an eye for efficiency.
• Adaptability: An ability to stay calm and focused under pressure while juggling multiple tasks.
