This are the tasks of an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator:

• Analyzing Business Performance: Evaluating KPIs, providing ad-hoc analysis, and contributing to projects.


• Vendor Performance Monitoring: Participating in supplier meetings, improving efforts based on data analytics from various applications.


• Customer Service Support: Handling inquiries and escalations, enhancing SOPs for better efficiency and service quality.


• Site Merchandising and Operations: Supporting pricing, promotion adjustments, site operations, and validation processes.
