Job description
What does this position as a structural engineer involve exactly:
- Carrying out structural design calculations, creating accompanying specifications
- and estimates.
- Preparing structural plans and bills of quantities.
- Checking internal & external plans and design reports.
- Effective communication with BIM designers and the project leader.
Profile
- We are looking for an experienced professional with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as a structural designer or structural engineer.
- Independently developing structural concepts and designs.
- Experience in leading and attending external meetings.
- Proactive, problem-solving, and result-oriented work approach.
- Knowledge of SCIA Engineer, Buildsoft Concrete, IDEA StatiCa, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Hilti Profis Engineer, CloudPiling, and ArchiSnapper is an asset.
