The candidate should have the following competencies
- Engineering & software architecture design
- Be able to design, explain and defend the target system architecture
- Be able to guide team to implement the target architecture with appropriate quality gateways
- Be opinionated and challenge and highlight implementation decisions and risks that could jeopardise the ongoing quality of the product.
- Working with multiple teams to pull the information needed to support your decisions and design and to gain consensus.
- Extensive experience with large scale integrations of Dynamics 365 CE (Inbound & outbound) and a complex Dynamics setup using multi-layered solutions
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Sales, Microsoft Customer Voice and the broader Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Dataverse, etc…)
- Able to build prototypes and proof of concepts if needed
-Experience with providing guidance around improving reporting and analytics layer for Dynamics CRM is a plus

Work location
