Job description
- Responsible for P&L and KPI's analysis, and financial reporting to the Board BE
- Strategic advice to the Country Manager, acting as a true Business Partner
- Responsible for the budgeting process, in direct contact with the Heads of Departments and the Country Manager
- Responsible for rolling forecasts and variance analysis
- Sales and Supply/Stock controlling (constant definition and analysis of KPI's), in direct contact with operational managers
- Coaching and supervision of a Junior Controller
- Participation in M&A and IT projects
Profile
- Master's degree (Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent) strongly recommended
- Fluent in French with a high level of written and spoken English (minimum B2)
- At least 6 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in team management is not essential for this position, but an interest in coaching junior controllers is an asset
- Proactivity, excellent analytical skills and critical thinking are your 3 essential qualities.
- You have the mindset of a Business Parner, and like to leave your mark on a Finance department and support a Board in its strategic decisions.
- You are naturally curious and proactive about ad-hoc projects (M&A, improving IT tools, etc.).
