Robert Half is currently looking for an experienced Accountant (M/F/X/) for a fixed contract at an international company active in luxury sector.
The company is located in the center of Brussels.
General Ledger Accountant
Job description
As an accountant, you will be working together with different countries to ensure the accuracy of the accounting records in all areas, including the following tasks
- Sales & bank reconciliation
- Intercompany
- Accounts payable, Tax, expense notes
- VAT declarations & intrastat
- Monthly and annual closing for EMEA zone
- Fixed asset monitoring
Profile
The required profile for the accountant position has :
- A Bachelor's/masters degree in accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years' of experience in an accounting role
- An excellent knowledge of English and French or English and Dutch
- A very good knowledge of Excel
- Strong time management and people skills
- Detail oriented and eager to work in an International environment
