What does this role entail?
- Answering calls for major clients in corporate settings.
- Scheduling appointments at major banks, redirecting calls to social services, and arranging appointments for real estate agencies.
- Booking telephone appointments for a hotel chain and remotely managing hotel entrances.
- Working with Memo’s internal system, as well as the client’s online agenda and other programs used by the client.
- Each call presents a new challenge where skills such as listening, note-taking, data transmission, and following instructions are crucial.

- A fluent command of Dutch, French, and English is a must.
- Availability from Monday to Sunday and willingness to work in shifts.

- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant tools.
