As part of a new European sales organization, Magotteaux is creating a strategic Regional Sales Manager (Western Europe) position, based at their Vaux-sous-Chèvremont site.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and retaining the customer portfolio in Western Europe. You will support the evolution of strategic customer needs while ensuring revenue continuity and growth.
Your responsibilities:
You will develop the sales strategy for your region in line with Group objectives, with a focus on consolidation. You ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth of key accounts.
You support your Account Managers in the field, lead by example, support their skill development, and foster a culture of relationship excellence and loyalty.
You strengthen existing partnerships, identify future needs, and co-develop action plans. You build close relationships with major OEMs, particularly in German-speaking countries (IKN, GIPO…).
You set clear and motivating goals, oversee the implementation of account plans, ensure offer quality, and structure reporting activities.
As a Magotteaux ambassador internally and externally, you represent your team within the European management, contribute to strategic discussions, and share insights from the field.
This role involves approximately 40% travel to clients and strategic prospects.
Team
You will lead a team of 5 experienced Account Managers, whose knowledge of Magotteaux is a major asset. You report to Diego Celedon, Sales Director Europe & North Africa.
