Job description
As a Sales and Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensure the complete management of sales, purchase, swap and product transfer contracts in liaison with the relevant departments: planning operations, monitoring quality inspections, managing the commercial and logistics interface with customers and suppliers...;
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external staff and customers;
- Manage incoming/outgoing product balances and inventories;
- Organize the transport of goods via various channels: follow safety procedures, manage chartering requests, rail requirements...;
- Perform administrative tasks such as data management, organization of weekly supply chain meetings and electronic archiving;
- Monitor contracts and compliance with contractual conditions, while ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing costs;
- Be prepared to provide Front Office back-up.
Profile
Do you have the following qualities and skills? Then you're our candidate!
- You speak perfect French and English; Dutch and German are an asset;
- You have a bachelor's degree in foreign trade or equivalent experience;
- You are fluent in SAP and Excel;
- You are logical, rigorous and a team player;
- You are flexible and stress-resistant;
- You are an excellent communicator.

- A 3-month replacement contract starting 07/10/2024;
