Job description
Your role:As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll join a team specialised in Finance, Banking, Engineering, or Interim Management profiles. You will handle the recruitment process from beginning to end, being a consultant for both clients and candidates.
- Contact and advise clients and candidates to discover exciting business prospects
- Become a client relationship expert and build long-term relationships by understanding the client and their unique hiring needs
- Showcase your skills as a consultant by managing positions and attracting top talent
- Strategic matchmaking: expertly match candidates with positions aligning with their skills
- Organize interviews, keep candidates informed and engaged by providing consistent communication and valuable feedback
- Develop your portfolio by proactively engaging new clients
Profile
Your profile:
- You hold a Master's degree
- Experience in sales, finance or recruitment is a plus
- You enjoy diverse tasks and have a genuine interest in the world of recruitment
- You have strong communication skills in French or Dutch and you are fluent in English
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy achieving targets while providing quality recruitment services
