Job description

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Help organise events;
  • Support your colleague in managing rooms and avenues;
  • Meet and greet guests at reception;
  • Manage the telephony system.

Profile

As a receptionist, you will:

  • Speak English perfectly;
  • Speak French and/or Dutch;
  • You are organised and structured;
  • You are comfortable with personal contact;
  • You welcome guests and put them at ease.

Offer

  • From € 2.200 to € 2.500 per month
Our client is offering:

  • A temporary contract for approximately 3 months;
  • A 40-hour working week with one day's leave per month;
  • A salary of between €2200 and €2500 gross per month;
  • A full contribution to transport costs;
  • Meal vouchers (value €8)
