Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee our Welding Workshop projects in Zwijndrecht.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects to completion within time, quality, and budget constraints.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects to completion within time, quality, and budget constraints.
Your key responsibilities:
- plan, execute, and monitor all Welding Workshop projects from initiation to completion
- develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- allocate resources and ensure efficient utilization to maximize project delivery
- collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project objectives, requirements, and risks
- maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations
- monitor and report on project progress, including risks, issues, and opportunities
- ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
- manage project change requests and ensure timely and effective resolution
- conduct project post-mortems and identify opportunities for process improvement
Profile
What do you need to be successful in this function?
- bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or relevant field
- at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the welding industry
- proficient in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or equivalent
- strong understanding of welding workshop processes, techniques, and technologies
- proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
- solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
