USG Professionals is looking for an Product Owner/Business Analyst for our client in the region of Brussels. This can be both as a USG Project Consultant or on a Freelance basis!

Short description of KET: It stands for Kaizen Evaluation Tool and started as an application for managing Toyota Service Management (TSM) by questionnaires and action plans for retailers. So the application is used by TME, NMSc and retailers across the whole of Europe. It started as a Value Chain application and is now being used by more and more divisions and areas. We're just starting a new project to add some functionalities for Customer Quality Audit and biggest work will be on adding a dashboard with integrations towards other systems

Responsabiliies:

• Define and implement business process
• Analyse current processes and systems, and identify areas for improvement
• Translate business process needs into system requirements (focus on data and integration)
• Follow-up on system development
• Plan and prepare User Acceptance Tests
• Customer Quality Audit & Customer service dashboard development and support rollout
• Coordinate with stakeholders (suppliers, NMSCs, IT), create tests scenario & matrix
• Provide feedback to IT for corrections and further improvements
• Systems setups together with IT
• Report to management on project progress

You are fluent in English (TME's business language)

• You take ownership for the assigned responsibilities with a positive mindset

• You have experience in analysing business process needs and translating into systems requirements
• You have experience in UATs: check matrix preparation and validation
• You have experience in project management, preferably in IT systems
• You have experience in handling high quantity of data and numbers with Excel, Access, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, Python or other similar
• You have experience working cross functionally and building collaborative relationships internally and externally
• You have the willingness and flexibility to travel for business needs
• Your values are in line with TOYOTA values
• You have experience presenting complex problems in a simple manner based on facts, data and clear logic, while adapting to your audience
