Samengevat, je wilt met jouw enthousiasme en energie deze vestiging doen bloeien?  Dan is Onthaalmedewerkerde perfecte job voor jou!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent het visitekaartje van de winkel. Je bent immers het eerste en het laatste gezicht voor de klanten. Voor jouw glimlach komen ze graag terug
  • Je helpt spontaan de klanten met hun vragen of problemen, dit is prioriteit.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van sterke drank, tabak, bloemen, ….
  • Je stuurt het kassapark aan en helpt bij de opstart en afsluit of bij problemen.

Dagelijks klanten helpen, medewerkers bijsturen en inspringen waar nodig zal dus jouw taak zijn. Een functie die heel belangrijk is voor de volledige winkel!

Ook nog belangrijk om weten, de werkuren: je bent beschikbaar tussen 6.00u en 20.00u. Afwisselend met de collega’s werk je enkele dagen de ochtend en enkele dagen de namiddag.

open op zondag, van 6.00u tot 12u. Het uurrooster wordt altijd besproken en meestal werk je afwisselend op zaterdag of op zondag. Daarvoor krijg je ook een vrije dag in de week. Er wordt altijd, in de mate van het mogelijke, rekening gehouden met een optimale balans tussen werk en privé.

Profile

  • Ervaring in de retail of horeca is een pluspunt.?
  • Beleefd en klantgericht zijn eigenschappen die jou typeren.?
  • Ook tijdens drukke momenten blijf je secuur en vriendelijk werken.?
  • Je bent flexibel.?
  • De klant eerst' is je levensmotto.?
  • Je barst van energie en je wilt vooruit.?
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans

  • de winkel staat bekend om zijn kwaliteit. Dagelijks worden er maar liefst 4 vrachtwagens aan verse producten geleverd. Dit is een familiebedrijf met bijna 70 jaar ervaring in verse voeding!
  • Je krijgt een degelijke training en begeleiding. Je kan jezelf ontplooien hoe jij dit graag wilt. Je mag tonen wat je waard bent! Deze training gaat door in één van de bestaande filialen in de nabije omgeving.
  • Het leven draait natuurlijk niet om werken alleen, daarom zijn er die beurtrollen en de correcte afspraken over je uurrooster, zodat je job, gezin, studie, vrije tijd, … perfect in evenwicht zijn.
  • En dit hebben je toekomstige collega’s ons alvast verteld: dat ze zo graag werken bij Albert Heijn omwille van het familiale karakter van de winkels. En ook: dat de winkels aangenaam ingericht zijn, ja, dat werkt nu eenmaal vlotter.

  • Na een positieve interimperiode ligt een vast contract voor je klaar.
