Job description


  • Manage daily office operations.

  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Handle correspondence, organise meetings and manage calendars.

  • Supervise office staff and delegate tasks.

  • Maintain office supplies and negotiate supplier contracts.

  • Manage office budgets and expenses.

  • Implement and monitor office policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:


  • Proven experience in a similar office management role.

  • An excellent leel of Dutch and English or French.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
