Job description


  • Coordinate and manage office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies

  • Support department members with administrative tasks

  • Handle office-related financial matters, including budgeting and invoice processing

  • Organise and maintain electronic and paper files

  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

  • Plan and coordinate office meetings and events

  • Manage internal communication within the department

  • Perform other relevant duties as required

Profile

A successful Office Coordinator in the IT Sector should have:


  • A strong educational background in Business Administration or a related field

  • Prior experience in an office coordination role within the IT sector
