Medewerker Transport Team
Job description
Als medewerker van het transport team sta je in voor de dagelijkse opvolging van de leveringen en de chauffeurs. Je helpt de chauffeurs met hun vragen en zorgt ervoor dat ze gemotiveerd aan hun dag beginnen. Je behandelt eventuele klachten over leveringen of afhalingen en zorgt voor een gepaste oplossing.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het dagelijks up-to-date houden van de database voor chauffeurs/voertuigen op basis van ontvangen documenten;
- Wekelijkse controles van voertuigen (logo, vergunning, boorddocumenten);
- Wekelijkse controles van chauffeurs (badge, uniform, sectorisering);
- Maandelijkse controle van de Dimona’s, het uploaden van ontvangen documenten en rapportage.
Profile
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is belangrijk plus een basiskennis Frans
- Je zoekt bewust een tijdelijke job, of ziet de kans zeker zitten om ervaring op te doen
- Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs of ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (transport en logistiek)
- Je hebt ervaring in het hanteren van scanners
- Je hebt ervaring met het MS office pakket
- Je kan goed plannen en bent een organisatorisch talent
- Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten en bent een goede motivator
- Je legt makkelijk contact en gaat klantgericht te werk
Offer
- Een voltijdse job - tijdelijk contract - Zwangerschapsvervanging
- Een werkweek van 5 dagen , van 08:00 tot 12:00.
