Logistic Coordinator (contract 24 months)

Job description

  • General administration, print and dispatch of documents such as COC, DOC, Electronic COC …) related to finished units & follow up of dealer cases.
  •  Warehouse stock count administration and reporting.
  • Extract data and submit environmental declarations (tires, packaging material & other).
  • Reporting operational KPI’s.
  • Communicating and coordinating relevant information between sales administration, the warehouse and other departments (internal and external).
  •  Participating in different projects related to logistics, transportation, distribution, and packaging.
  • Assisting your logistical team colleagues and providing backup when needed.
  •  Continuously look for ways to optimize the supply chain, streamline processes.
  • Identify opportunities and communicate them to the team lead.
  • Administrative follow up of invoice processing
 

Profile

  • Fluent in English, with a good knowledge of Dutch
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Logistics or other relevant area
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/ECC is a plus.
  • Knowledge of customs processes is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, precise and accurate
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Takes initiative, is problem solver and has critical-thinking abilities.
  • Service minded and result-oriented team player.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team of professionals
