Our client, active in automotive, is looking for a Legal consultant with a strong background in providing legal advice and support for IT Solutions.
The ideal candidate has:

The ideal candidate has:
- Education: A bachelor /Master degree in Law
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on legal compliance, data protection, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, R155, EU Data Act…..) OR SIMILAR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translation of IT Content into Legal Language:
- Security from the Beginning: Provide early consultation and support for the legal design and implementation of digital solutions
- Prewarning Function: Assess, monitor, and analyse legislative and judicial developments in digital technologies. Identify potential legal risks associated with digital customer solutions and develop corresponding strategical proposals for risk treatment.
- Review: Analyse existing contracts, privacy policies, terms of use, and other legal documents where they touch IT. Spot potential risks and derive necessary actions to ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.
- Vendor Compliance: Coordinate with Legal for vendor compliance activities, including launching Vendor Due Diligence Assessments (VDDA), providing input for Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), and reviewing IT aspects of contracts.
- Supplier Contract Review: Review supplier contracts (SLAs) to ensure alignment with TME interests and enforce stop clauses when necessary. Follow up with Legal for contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Profile
The ideal candidate has:
- Education: A bachelor /Master degree in Law
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on legal compliance, data protection, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, R155, EU Data Act…..) OR SIMILAR.
- Languages: Perfect command of English
