Key Account Manager - EU - Logistics/OEM market

Job description

As Key Account Manager - EU - Logistics/OEM market, you will be the driving force behind the growth of the Japanese Accounts within Europe. You will support the Sales team in major projects, oversee the entire business development cycle, and ensure that everything runs smoothly, from product offerings to logistics solutions.

With your market knowledge, you will help to develop strategies for managing Japanese customers in Europe, ensuring they receive excellent, tailor-made service.In addition, you will actively seek out new growth opportunities and help expand logistics operations across Europe.

You will coordinate proposals between different teams and partners, ensuring customer-focused, customized solutions are always provided. You will also contribute to the development of creative sales and marketing materials that align with customer needs.

Lastly, you enjoy working with other teams, ensuring that the best results and services are delivered with a focus on detail and strategy.

You will alternate between working from home, the coast, and Antwerp.

Profile

  • You have a strong knowledge of logistics products and services, possibly in the OEM market, and are willing to quickly learn new areas.
  • You have a strategic mindset, combined with an understanding of the Japanese way of doing business.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with experience in presentations and negotiations.
  • You have project management experience within sales.
  • You have experience in delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.

Offer

  • From € 85.000 to € 105.000 per year
