ITS Officer L2 – Bilingual FR/NL | Nivelles
Your Mission

Your Mission
As an ITS Officer, you will:
- Deliver fast and effective IT support (by phone, remotely, or on-site) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported IT issues, escalating complex or urgent problems to third parties when necessary.
- Monitor and manage hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
- Assist colleagues with the installation of non-complex devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and handle more advanced setups (servers) following established procedures.
- Support ITS portfolio applications and take ownership of one or more applications.
- Document supported applications and contribute to building a robust knowledge base.

What We’re Looking For
Work Conditions
We are seeking a motivated professional who meets the following criteria:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (supporting applications).
- Basic support experience with Active Directory (user management: add, remove, modify).
- Understanding of network fundamentals (IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
- Ability to install Windows OS from scratch and familiarity with Windows Servers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (supporting applications).
- Languages: Fluent in French and Dutch. English is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent time management and prioritization.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

- Location: Nivelles (3 days per week on-site).
