Job description
Heb jij als Inside Sales medewerker een passie voor internationale handel? Heb je daarnaast een vlotte talenkennis en zet je klanten altijd centraal? Dan ben jij de medewerker die wij zoeken!
Dankzij jouw ondersteuning verloopt het hele exportproces soepel en efficiënt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Klantcontact: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor internationale klanten en beantwoordt vragen over producten, prijzen en levertijden.
- Offertes en opvolging: Je stelt offertes op en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige opvolging.
- Orderverwerking: Je verwerkt exportorders en draagt zorg voor een correcte administratie en tijdige levering.
- Marktanalyse en rapportage: Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van marktanalyses en salesrapporten.
- Samenwerking met collega’s: Je werkt intensief samen met afdelingen zoals Logistiek en Productie om een naadloze exportoperatie te garanderen.
Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je behaalde een diploma in een commerciële of administratieve opleiding, een bachelor is zeker een plus.
- Ervaring in export, verkoopondersteuning of een vergelijkbare functie is een voordeel.
- Je beheerst Nederlands, Engels en Frans vloeiend.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent sterk georganiseerd en hebt een klantgerichte houding.
- Goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel; ervaring met ERP-systemen is mooi meegenomen.
