Job description
- Provide customers with timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Prepare quotations, answer inquiries, handle complex orders, and address complaints.
- Gather customer insights, share them in team meetings, and seek solutions to optimize service delivery.
- Collaborate with an Account Manager to manage a defined customer portfolio and meet sales targets.
- Focus on building strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue up-sell, cross-sell, and new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Profile
- As a Customer Relation Expert, you will have at least 3 years' experience in a customer service department.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You have a professional command of French and Dutch.
- You are customer-focused, asking questions about customers' expectations and needs, thinking along with them and proposing the best possible solution.
- You are results-oriented and take the necessary steps to achieve objectives.
- You are a team player, looking to work together, asking for and offering help to achieve the team's objectives.
- You are stress-resistant and continue to function effectively under pressure, in adversity or in difficult situations.
- You are open to change and can adapt your working methods smoothly when changes are made to processes and systems.
- You take the initiative in tackling problems, formulating proposals or optimising existing working methods.
- You are system literate and have experience with SAP or another ERP system.
- You have a good command of Excel and are familiar with applications such as V visualization and pivot table formatting.
