We are looking for a Project Manager to temporarily replace an internal employee, who is transitioning to a new role. This position will oversee the implementation of a new retail shop concept, focusing on both technical and retail aspects.
Responsibilities:
? Manage the development and implementation of customer-facing applications and online tools.
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project alignment.
? Conduct technical and user acceptance testing.
? Oversee the training and onboarding of retail staff on new applications.
? Ensure seamless integration of new tools with existing systems.
? Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
? Proven experience in project management, preferably in a retail or digital environment.
? Strong understanding of customer experience and user interface design.
? Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.
? Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
? Familiarity with retail operations and facility management.
? Hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously.
Must have skills:
? Proven experience in Project management
? Proven experience in Stakeholder management
? Technical understanding of customer facing apps and online tools
? Strong understanding of Customer Experience and UI design
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have skills:
? Retail experience
? Facility management knowledge
? E-commerce and CRM experience
? Multilingual capabilities (English, Dutch, French) / English and Dutch (mandatory), French is a plus
