Business Analist (Business Analysis)
Job description
The Business Analyst will support a major B2B transformation program within our Operations. The role involves organizing and managing various tasks within B2B Operations to ensure smooth execution of the transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the team manager on the B2B transformation program.
- Organize and manage smaller roadmaps within Delivery.
- Forecast and document changes in Jira.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and BEAT (Business Excellence and Acceleration Tribe).
- Prepare and conduct meetings, workshops, and ceremonies.
- Document and manage the process landscape for B2B Operations
Profile
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Approx. 10 years of experience in business analysis, process management, project management, and agile way of working.
- Experience in telecom is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Must have skills:
- Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and bring structure.
Nice to have skills:
- Knowledge of LeanIX.
- Experience in change management and transformation programs.
