Global Supplier Operations Manager Ad Interim
Job description
As
Procurement Manager ad interim you will have the following
responsibilities:
- Team management: approx. 20 people across all sites
- Organize, lead, and manage the supplier operations management team across all sites
- Responsible & improve the on-time delivery of all suppliers
- Align the way of working over all sites
- Oversee and work towards improvement of supplier performance
- Proactively lead and empower the supply chain operations managers to encourage operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Process owner of supplier management process
- Interface to internal and external customers
- Evaluate supplier capacities, capabilities and performance and contribute to the development
- Support Supplier Evaluation (Performance Management)
- Value stream mapping
- Follow up and evaluate transportation & on time delivery of suppliers
