Global Senior Procurement Manager
Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for procurement teams globally.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide training on procurement templates and tools.
- Identify and implement best practices to reduce project costs.
- Promote an integrated way of working approach within procurement processes.
- Support market surveys and negotiations on an ad-hoc basis.
- Develop procurement talent and support affiliates in meeting local objectives.
- Ensure alignment with group procurement strategies and processes.
Profile
What Makes a Successful Candidate?
- Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement within construction or mechanical industries.
- Bachelor or master degree, preferably in procurement/purchasing
- Experience in Procurement excellence
- Strong management skills, particularly in a matrix environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.
- Fluency in French and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to empathise and actively listen, combined with a strategic business mindset.
