Field Service Engineer
Job description
- You will be responsible for the installation and preparing the laboratory testing and measuring equipment for use at our clients,
- spread across the Benelux
- For this equipment, you will also be responsible for:
performing precise calibrations
repairs
- After an intervention, you will communicate with the client and provide detailed service and measurement reports
- You will act accurately according to the required quality standards (ISO 17025)
- You will report to the Technical Director
Profile
- A completed higher technical education or engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience in installing, calibrating, and/or repairing measuring and testing equipment is a plus
- Strong analytical and logical skills; you are a true problem solver
- A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Accuracy, precision, and attention to detail are key traits
- Collaboration within our team is essential, and your strong communication skills contribute to this
- Preferably living nearby one of our locations (Deerlijk, Temse, Sint-Niklaas, or Rotterdam)
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
- A valid driver’s license (Category B).
