'Know-how', klantgerichtheid en vernieuwing staan al meer dan 100 jaar centraal. Ze zijn actief in alle mogelijke takken van 'shipping', logistiek, luchtvracht, wegvervoer en 'travel'.
Plaats van tewerksteling is Brucargo.
Expediteur (luchtvracht).
Job description
Onze klant is een internationale transportorganisatie met een rijke geschiedenis van 125 jaar. Voor hun kantoor op Brucargo, zijn ze op zoek naar een Expediteur (luchtvracht).
Wat zal jouw rol in het team zijn?
- Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het traject en de aflevering van alle soorten cargo.
- Verder draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over je ‘accounts’.
- Je onderhoudt hierbij een intensief contact zowel met zowel je klanten als de leveranciers.
- Je operationele en administratieve taken zullen zijn:
- Het maken van reservaties bij luchtlijnen en/of hun vertegenwoordigers
- Openen van dossiers (ILS StreamSoftware)
- Algemene administratie en facturatie, Credit control, Solvency beheer.
Expeditie:
- Hierbij hoort het opmaken van documenten nodig bij export luchtvracht
- Opmaken van transportdocumenten & CMR
- Tracking en follow up doen van zendingen
In deze functie is er ook een “Douane luik”:
- Opmaak van douanedocumenten, certificaten export luchtvracht
Profile
Welke logistieke administratieve duizendpoot zoeken wij?
We zoeken jou:
- Als jij (een eerste) ervaring hebt in de sector en daardoor bekend bent met dossierbeheer van A tot Z.
- Als je vertrouwd bent met documentatie & douanedocumenten betreffende luchtvracht. Het is zeker een pluspunt als je deze zelf kan uitstellen.
- Als je service en klantgericht bent; niet enkel naar buiten toe, maar ook naar je team en de andere afdelingen toe.
- Als je accuraat werkt en altijd overzicht over dossiers & taken behoudt.
- Als je houdt van talrijke internationale contacten en een multiculturele geest hebt.
- Als je graag vooruit denkt en daardoor niets aan het toeval overlaat.
- Als je sterk communicatief bent in het Nederlands & Engels, en liefst ook in het Frans.
- Als je praktisch en ‘hands on’ ingesteld bent.
- Als je zowel in team als zelfstandig kan werken.
