They are looking for a Data Quality Assurance Officer. You will be part of the Data Office Belgium, which encompasses all business lines of a private bank. You will play a crucial role in identifying, monitoring, and improving data quality, helping our organization make better-informed decisions based on reliable data.

- Coordinate and ensure progress on data challenges to support the team. Assist with the administrative steps of the process and ensure compliance with quality regulations.
- Perform first-line controls to ensure that the data control framework accurately reflects reality.
- Refine your data management skills by collaborating with (inter)national colleagues (business experts, data stewards, IT, etc.) to identify the right actions and document progress.
- Actively participate in the international Data Issue Management Committee to provide updates on progress for Belgium.
- Actively support the implementation of automation or optimization projects to assist the team. Contribute to the quality of data used for our financial services across core client processes, product offerings, credit monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
- Perform monthly checks and report them in the bank's systems. Support the organizational transition and contribute to value creation.
Profile
You:
- Preferably have a higher education degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience with financial markets, banking, etc., is highly appreciated
- Have a passion for data and affinity or experience with Business Intelligence tools (knowledge of Power BI is a plus)
- Are communicative and organizationally strong, contributing to growth with sharp insights
