For one of our clients, Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Officer (m/f/x) with excellent knowledge of Dutch and French for a permanent contract after interim period.
Our client is a listed multinational company active in the mobility sector. They are located in the center of Brussels.

Job description
Your role as Customer Service Officer (m/f/x):
- Respond on requests and claims from customers. (telephone 15#/day, mail 20#/day);
- Contracts & files : check, input, rebates & additional services contracts;
- Marketing actions decided by the Benelux Country Manager;
- Order of new customer cards and toll;
- Follow-up portfolio of customers;
- Help - train the customers to use the platform;
- Manage the general inbox;
- Sales support for the sales representatives;
- Reporting activities;
- Back-up of colleagues (customer service, sales officer);
- Administrative help to Technical Manager;
- Manual acceptance authorization;
- Follow up of fraud cases;
- Resolve cards, tolls issues at distance.

Profile
The qualities required for the position:
- You have a higher degree of education (min. Bachelor)
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French. English is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized
- Having a commercial feeling in helping customers
- Team spirit
- Good sense of business and figures
