Comptable AP/AR 3900€ Transport International
Fonction : Comptable AP/AR
En tant que Comptable AP/AR, vous intégrerez une équipe financière solide, où vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne des factures fournisseurs et clients d'une filiale située à l'étranger. Pour cette raison, une maîtrise de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit est exigée.
Vous travaillerez en binôme avec une autre comptable expérimentée et participerez activement à la gestion des opérations financières et des flux de paiements.
Vos principales responsabilités :
- Gestion des factures récurrentes : Encodage et validation de factures dans un système automatisé.
- Gestion des paiements : Suivi des paiements et recouvrements, tout en maintenant des relations de confiance avec les clients et fournisseurs.
- Comptabilité analytique : Ouverture d'esprit pour apprendre et contribuer à la gestion analytique des comptes.
- Processus de clôture : Participation aux clôtures mensuelles en collaboration avec l'équipe comptable.
- Collaboration internationale : Interactions avec les équipes basées en Belgique et ailleurs en Europe.
Profil recherché :
Le candidat idéal possède une première expérience en comptabilité et est à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel. Vous êtes ouvert(e) à l'apprentissage de nouveaux processus, notamment la comptabilité analytique, et vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
- Expérience : Minimum 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité AP/AR.
- Langues : Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral) pour communiquer avec les différentes filiales.
- Compétences techniques : Connaissance de Excel, Power BI et d'un logiciel comptable (idéalement).
- Personnalité : Dynamique, extraverti(e), avec un bon esprit d'équipe.

Ce que nous offrons :
- Salaire compétitif : Jusqu'à 3 900 € brut par mois, selon l'expérience.
- Avantages : Assurance santé DKV, pension et chèques-repas de 8 €.
- Flexibilité : 38h/semaine avec un jour de télétravail possible à terme.
- Congés : 25 jours de congé par an, avec la possibilité de jours supplémentaires en fonction de l'ancienneté.
