As part of a dynamic and growing organization, you'll take the lead in designing and executing a comprehensive rewards strategy aimed at attracting and retaining top talent, while also ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll be responsible for developing and deploying a robust total rewards framework that aligns with organizational goals and attracts, motivates, and retains talent.
- Manage the administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are aligned with local market practices and legal requirements.
- In collaboration with external partners and internal HR teams, you'll ensure the seamless execution of payroll processes and employee administrative functions, maintaining accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Guide and support a dedicated HR team, fostering growth and aligning efforts to departmental and organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present regular updates, optimizing current reporting practices to enhance efficiency and quality. You will also be involved in streamlining reporting tools and methods.
- Ensure HR policies are consistently updated and in line with legal standards, providing legal expertise on employment-related matters.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the areas of rewards, compensation and benefits management combined to a proven people management experience.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., banking, finance, or similar sectors) is considered a strong asset.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills, with advanced proficiency in data analysis and Excel (complex formulas and tools).
- Deep knowledge of HR compliance and social law regulations in Belgium.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
