As Communication Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° communication plan (internal and external).
- Create and manage engaging content for multiple channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.).
- Cultivate media relationships
- Support internal teams with consistent, aligned communication and brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between the organization and its diverse stakeholders, promoting sustainable and innovative industry practices.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Proven experience in communication, ideally within a federation, association, or similar environment.
- Strong affinity for sustainability
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Experience in developing and executing communication strategies across various channels.
- Proactive, organized, and skilled at managing multiple projects with a strategic and operational mindset.
