Business Analyst - Senior
Job description

- Gather and document business information after consulting stakeholders.
- Analyze needs and bottlenecks from a business perspective, with a focus on pharmaceutical prescriptions.
- Develop use cases and process flows to optimize digital applications.
- Validate digital solutions in collaboration with developers in an agile environment.
- Write communication and training texts for end users in collaboration with the communication working group.
- Establish a network with business stakeholders to identify needs.
Profile
- At least a master's degree, preferably in the health field or a related area.
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a regulated sector.
- Experience with digital flows in the healthcare sector and affinity with IT applications.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate end-user insights into digital solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, good understanding of French and English.
- Practical experience with agility.
